To avoid added charges, please follow all checkout procedures. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Checkout is at 10:00am. Turns are often same day. Housekeeping charges minimum $50 for late checkouts, which will be passed on to you.
Leave used towels on the bathroom floor
Leave sheets on the beds and used beds unmade
Empty all trash receptacles and place in outdoor metal bins. Secure the lids tightly.
Log out of Roku apps
Remove food from refrigerator and freezer
Place thoroughly cleaned dishes neatly in cabinets for next guest to enjoy
Remove completely extinguished solo stove ashes; please leave clean for next guest
If used, clean grill and leave in good condition for the next guest (please do not forget this step!)
Return ALL furnishings, games, and items where found for next guest to enjoy; if you move it, put it back
Turn off AC (first and second floor thermostats) in summer
Set heat to 60 degrees (first and second floor thermostats) in winter; NEVER use Emergency Heat (E-Heat)
Report any damages or failing equipment
Be sure to close and lock doors before exiting

It is especially helpful when guests privately report worn dishes/appliances, doors/knobs/cabinets in need of repair, light bulbs that need replacing, etc., as we do not live or spend the night in the cabins.
